Refund Policy

1. General Principle

The Catherine Adida website offers intellectual services (digital creation, strategy, content, events, training, support).

 

⚠️ No payments are collected directly by Catherine Adida via the website.

 

All payments are made exclusively to the umbrella company with which Catherine Adida carries out her professional activity, within the framework of umbrella employment, in accordance with Articles L.1254-1 et seq. of the French Labor Code.

 

2. No direct collection

Catherine Adida:

 

does not receive any payments via the website,

 

does not collect any deposits, payments, or fees,

 

does not hold any funds paid by the client.

 

Payments are made directly by the client to the umbrella company, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract.

 

Consequently, no refunds can be made directly by Catherine Adida.

 

3. Applicable contractual framework

All services are subject to:

 

a service contract or assignment agreement,

 

signed between the client and the umbrella company,

 

specifying the financial conditions, cancellation, postponement, and refund conditions.
